Meet the Doctors:

Cheri D. Brown, DC, LPAc is dedicated to providing the tools for her patients to learn to heal themselves. She treats each patient and case individually spending time with each patient explaining what is happening with them specifically. Learning exercises does not come from a hand-out. Dr. Brown puts her hands on her patients and guides them through the motions to make sure they know exactly what to do when they get home.  Specific relaxation poses are shown that facilitate the physical change needed to move toward balance.

Dr. Brown has a Bachelors degree in massage therapy and has been practicing massage since 1996. She received her doctorate in chiropractic medicine in 2008 from Western States Chiropractic College. She holds chiropractic licenses in Indiana and Oregon. Dr. Brown continued with her post-doctorate education at National University of Health Sciences studying functional rehabilitation, and the International Academy of Chiropractic Acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In the state of Indiana, Dr. Brown is a Licensed Professional Acupuncturist.  She is currently working on her advanced training in Body Talk, through the International Body Talk Association, Cranial Sacral training through the Upledger Institute and working toward a certification as a Wholistic Manual Medicine Practitioner through the Academy of Wholistic Manual Medicine.

Moving toward balance is a life long process!  It is exciting to think we can continuously learn and change to become more aware of ourselves and become more aware of what is around us.  Dr. Brown has spent years teaching massage students how to increase there awareness of themselves and how they can safely touch the World through other people.  Her passion is to educate individuals about health, wellness and decreasing stress on themselves, others and the planet in a safe, supportive environment.

"In a gentle way, you can shake the world."
